Sony at CES 2019 has unveiled its new Master Series range of televisions. The new series from Sony will include an epic 85-inch 8K LED TV as the main face of the Master Series, said reports.
Sony’s Z9G 8K LED TV, announced at CES 2019 by the company is said to hit the market in the second half of 2019. Sony, in one of the statements, has mentioned that the new 8K LED TV which is the headliner of the Master Series will produce startlingly sharp images that are four times the resolution of 4K. The display of the TV has been designed in such a way that it can be viewed with “virtually no pixel differentiation,” the Japanese company added.
Sony while announcing the Z9G 8K LED TV at CES 2019 also shared that the TV will also be able to upscale content to near “8K picture quality” following it has been manufactured Utilizing a proprietary algorithm, along with the company’s latest X1 Ultimate processor and 8K X-Reality PRO technology.
Besides unveiling the 8K LED TV, Sony at the event also announced a follow-up to its award-winning A9F OLED in the upcoming Master Series A9G 4K OLED TV. The company said that the 55-inch and 65-inch models of the 4K OLED TV would be available in the market from August while the 77-inch model will be made available from September.
Sony also announced some of its TV sets which are not a part of its Master Series. These TV’s are said to arrive in July and will be an entry-level OLED in the A8G Bravia. The company is also offering two new 4K LCD as X9500G and X8500G which will hit the market somewhere in May and will be available in 55-inch, 65-inch, and 75-inch models. Sony also mentioned that an 85-inch version of the X8500G will arrive in July.
